Feeding the Fire of That Awesome Company!

So I'll be using this blog to self-promote my small little start-up. Trust me when I tell you it's That Awesome Company. As in that's the literal company name. Go check ACRA.

The way I see it, if I want people to remember me, I better do it with a catchy name. Plus the best part is, no one thought of taking it up! I mean can you imagine how fun it'll be when you refer my services to your friends or colleagues?

High chance something it goes something like this....

You: "Eh, i refer you this flyer printing service, cheap and good. Design just needs a small top up."
Friend: "Steady, which company?"
Y: "That Awesome Company."
F: "Ya la I know you like a lot, which company?"

Y: "That Awesome Company."
F: "I know you find the rates awesome, company name please..."
Y: "That Awesome Company!"

And the fun goes on. It's also a good talking point if you need some lame topic to break the silence with your clients. You're welcome.

I also took many hours, and a broken keyboard or two, to create a logo to symbolise how I support your business behind the scenes.
**Updated Logo**
I suck at Photoshop, so luckily I have engaged a professional designer to assist with the flyers in all future designs. I'm just really stubborn that I need to create my own logo and icon. Really happy with the outcome.

**updated paragraph below**
Now I'm not going to lie, this start-up idea came about because it was time to move on from my full-time employment and into partial self-employment. The decision wasn't easy, and the financial repercussions have yet to be felt, so hopefully I dun ever feel like the following meme.
A shitty (lame pun intended) situation if I ever saw one. Makes me think back to the movie and that dude's poor anus. And can you imagine the smell... I wonder if the lead female character's nasal passage was even functioning when she was younger, considering she smiled so fondly when reminiscing back to before he disappeared. I sincerely hope he never had mildly itchy balls just like a normal guy.

So ok, back to the real world. I will be running this flyer printing service full steam, followed shortly by an unrelated mobile application idea currently undergoing planning. But I'll save that sharing for another time, in case any rich and unscrupulous bastards march a steal on that idea.

Signing off,
KJ
